Minnesota's Office of Restorative Practices funds and coordinates restorative approaches across pretrial diversion, juvenile justice, schools, and community violence prevention. Alica Nichols leads the office, and she joins the podcast today to talk about what restorative justice looks in violence prevention and in healing communities after violence has taken place.
