We spent our June spotlighting Northeast Minneapolis and it was amazing. I’ve spent lots of time in Northeast but I haven’t dug in this deep in the past decade and I was so floored by all the amazing things happening in Northeast. I rode bikes with Ward 1 Minneapolis City Council Member and President Elliott Payne, we taped a live podcast episode at Pilllar Forum, and we worked out of Curioso, Pilllar Forum,Walden, and Qahwah. It was a joy to shine a light on this section of town and we thank everyone who shared their recommendations with us. We asked a bunch of questions about Northeast during the month to bring you a set of on-the-ground tips you’d be hard pressed to find on the internet. We made a video with some of our top-line conclusions but we wanted to flesh it out a bit more right here. Enjoy!

NOTE: We are certain we missed a lot of great places. Every corner of Northeast is full of spectacular offerings and we weren’t able to cover all of them. If there’s a spot missing that we need to know about, drop me an email and we’ll check it out in the future.
